We offer our clients the services of a CISO for hire. This service is designed for our clients whose activities do not justify a full-time position in these areas or due to independence. This service is tailored to each client and is based on the intended scope and number of hours per month. The tasks of a CISO vary greatly depending on the client, but below you can see the most common tasks.

Main tasks of a Security Manager

• Project management of standards implementation
• Maintenance of certification for those who are already certified
• Assistance with policy development and follow-up
• Assistance with process analysis
• Maintenance of all relevant documents, processes and job descriptions for information security
• Regular meetings with managers or a security committee
• Registration and response to information security incidents
• Conduct regular training for staff
• Perform risk assessments and follow-up
• Perform internal audits according to appropriate standards

The tasks of a CISO vary depending on the client and can be based on some or all of the above roles, depending on which is most suitable. Services are provided according to a plan for one year at a time with specific tasks each month, but services are paid for with fixed monthly payments.
